CAP Final Report
The Climate Action Panel’s recommendations for presentation by the Rocky Mountain Climate Organization to the Colorado Governor, the Colorado General Assembly, local governments, and others in Colorado for their consideration are contained in the Final Report, posted below.

The first section of the Final Report provides an Introduction, Executive Summary, Background and Overview as well as Chapters that summarize the final policy recommendations approved by the CAP. The Appendixes provide the full detailed recommendations and supporting documentation of the technical analyses prepared for the policy recommendations.

    Meeting #1 of CAP, Monday, November 20, 11:00 am - 4:00 pm, Office of the Colorado Municipal League, 1144 Sherman, St., Denver, CO. Click here for directions and a map.  Following the meeting of the panel, there will be a public kick-off reception for the Colorado Climate Project, from 5:30 pm until 7:00 pm, also on Monday, November 20, at the Grant-Humphreys Museum at 770 Pennsylvania Street in Denver.
