Colorado Climate Action Panel The Colorado Climate Action Panel (CAP) was charged with developing recommendations to reduce Colorado’s contribution and vulnerability to climate change. The Climate Action Panel’s recommendations for presentation by the Rocky Mountain Climate Organization to the Colorado Governor, the Colorado General Assembly, local governments, and others in Colorado for their consideration are contained in the Final Report, posted below. 
The first section of the Final Report provides an Introduction, Executive Summary, Background and Overview as well as Chapters that summarize the final policy recommendations approved by the CAP. The Appendixes provide the full detailed recommendations and supporting documentation of the technical analyses prepared for the policy recommendations. The entire Final Report is posted in two segments for easier downloading:
